This notice covers the HuddleTable early access waitlist at huddletable.com. HuddleTable is run by one person in Texas, USA. Questions: [email protected].
What do we collect?
- Your email address and the time you signed up.
- If you answer it, the optional "what would you use it for?" question on the thanks page.
- A one-way hash of your browser's user-agent string, stored with your entry.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to stop abuse (a limit of a few sign-ups per hour). It expires after one hour. We never store your raw IP address.
Do you use cookies or trackers?
No advertising cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views: it sets no cookies and does not build a profile of you. The site remembers your light/dark theme choice in your own browser only.
Do you record how people use the site?
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use this site, through heatmaps and recordings of page sessions (scrolls, clicks and mouse movement). Microsoft processes this data for us under its own privacy statement (privacy.microsoft.com). Clarity sets first- and third-party cookies to tell one visit from the next. Everything typed into our forms, including your email, is masked and never recorded. Clarity only starts after you first scroll, tap or press a key, and it does not load at all if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. To opt out you can also block cookies from clarity.ms and bing.com in your browser.
What do we use it for?
To tell you when early access opens and to understand what people want to use HuddleTable for. Before launch we send one email when early access opens for you. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribes promptly.
Do you sell or share it?
We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising. The site and the waitlist run on Cloudflare (hosting and storage), which processes the data on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long do you keep it?
Until HuddleTable launches plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
How do I get removed?
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will delete your entry and confirm by reply.
Children
The waitlist is not for children under 13. Don't sign up if you are under 13. If we learn a child under 13 has signed up, we delete the entry.
Changes
If this notice changes, we update the date at the top. A material change will be emailed to people on the waitlist before it applies to their data.
