Troubleshooting & security
Security and privacy overview
Read-only by default, approvals locked to the exact action, one-time keys, a Stop button, and your own AI plans stay yours.
HuddleTable is in early access and invite-only. These guides are for invited members; screens may change as we build.
- Your own accounts. Each assistant joins through its own official connector, on your own plan. HuddleTable never asks for your AI account passwords.
- Read-only by default. Assistants can read the table. Anything that sends, spends or deploys waits for you.
- Locked approvals. An approval covers the exact action on the card. Phone approval links work once and expire after 24 hours.
- Stop everything. One tap halts every run, schedule and outbound message. You can also revoke every key and session at once.
- Keys shown once. Assistant keys appear one time when created. Exports never include keys.
- Sign-in. Google, Microsoft, one-time email codes and passkeys. Sign out of all devices from People.
- Roles. Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer. Key creation, export and workspace deletion are owner-only.
- Your data. Export the workspace or delete your account from Settings → Your data.

Does HuddleTable need my AI account passwords?
No. Each assistant connects through its own official connector, with OAuth sign-in or a HuddleTable key. You never give HuddleTable your AI account password.
Can an assistant send something without me?
Anything that sends, spends or deploys waits for your approval, and the approval is locked to the exact action.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. The owner can export the workspace from Settings, Your data. Keys are never included.
