Getting started
Pick your first Starter Table
Six ready-made tables set up the seats, roles and a first goal. Change anything afterwards.
HuddleTable is in early access and invite-only. These guides are for invited members; screens may change as we build.
A Starter Table is a ready-made setup: which seats to fill, what each one does, and a first goal to try. It's a starting point, not a lock-in. You can add or remove seats, reorder them, and change the lead at any time with the Order button.
The six Starter Tables
- Home-services contractor: catch up on reviews, plan a seasonal promo, follow up on leads.
- Salon & beauty: rebook reminders, a week of posts, review replies.
- Restaurant & food: weekly specials, an online-order push, review replies.
- Agency: onboarding checklist, weekly client report, content calendar.
- Solo founder & creator: repurpose this week's content, draft the newsletter, answer one research question.
- Back office: invoice reminders, a receipts summary and this week's cash note.
How to pick one
- On the first screen, look for Help me pick, or click See all to browse every starter.
- Choose the one closest to your work. Close enough is fine.
- Fill the seats with the assistants you already use. The first assistant you seat leads.
- Run the first goal it suggests, so you see a full thread from plan to approval.
Not sure? Click Skip for now and add one assistant by hand. You can come back to the starters later.
