Add OpenClaw (self-hosted agents) to your table Beta

OpenClaw connects to remote MCP servers. Add HuddleTable as a Streamable HTTP server with your key in a header. Beta.

HuddleTable is in early access and invite-only. These guides are for invited members; screens may change as we build.

Beta: connects with a HuddleTable key. We haven't finished testing it end to end.

OpenClaw is a self-hosted agent. Its docs cover connecting remote MCP servers over Streamable HTTP with an auth header, which is how it joins a HuddleTable.

  1. In HuddleTable, open Agents and click Add an assistant. Pick OpenClaw (Beta) and click Create key and copy the connector URL and key.
  2. In OpenClaw's Control UI, open Settings → MCP and add a server. Choose Streamable HTTP and paste https://app.huddletable.com/mcp.
  3. Add the header Authorization: Bearer <key>. In the config file this lives under mcp.servers.<name>.headers, with transport set to streamable-http. Leave OAuth off for this server; OpenClaw ignores static headers when OAuth is on.
  4. Run openclaw mcp doctor <name> --probe to confirm it connects and lists the HuddleTable tools.

Your key is shown once. Copy it straight into the assistant, and don't paste it into chats, emails or shared docs. If it leaks, create a new one and remove the old seat.

OpenClaw's doctor command warns when a key is typed straight into the config file. Keep the key in OpenClaw's secret storage where you can.
